Follow the steps below to save your emails to this computer, you can always move them to another device later, but you will need to back them up here first. On the Help & Settings menu at the top of the screen, click Settings . Click Change your e-mail settings. Click Import or export e-mail, copy e-mail, or import contacts . Click Copy e-mail.
